Devin Andrich
Mr. Andrich is the firm's founder. He regularly represents real estate brokers, realtors, investors and developers in negotiating purchases and sales of commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential properties (including due diligence review), landlord/tenant matters and all homeowner association issues. Mr. Andrich assists the firm's clients by negotiating and preparing office, retail, industrial, residential, and ground leases, covenants, conditions & restrictions, financing and loan forbearance/ modification documents (including legal opinion letters), easements, operating agreements and licensing agreements.
Mr. Andrich also represents the firm's clients in all matters involving the Arizona Department of Real Estate, including licensee complaints, licensing issues and the subdividing & condominium conversions/reversion processes.
A significant portion of Mr. Andrich's practice is in the area of estate planning including wills and trusts, trust administration, probate, guardianship and conservatorship law. His experience includes forming various estate and gift tax entities to achieve desired estate and gift tax planning objectives, as well as administering trusts and settling estate matters. He is routinely involved in probate and estate litigation, including contested guardianship and conservatorship matters, will and trust contests, disputed estate administrations and elder abuse violations.
